Broadband Issues

CLOSED Q & A Forum

Author: Clare Jenkins

Published: Monday, 7th October 2013

Is anybody else having problems with broadband speed at the moment? Our BT broadband has had widely fluctuating speeds over the last three weeks. Today was the second visit by a BT Openreach engineer - and a virtual path problem was identified, but not yet solved..... Would be good to hear whether anyone else has experienced this - and did they get it sorted out?

The replies posted here will be given in good faith but you must of course verify them for your particular circumstances before making any decisions. You take our advice entirely at your own risk!
