Welcome to the Hub!

sponsored by West Hoathly Parish Council.

The Hoathly Hub is the gateway to information about everything to do with living in the Parish of West Hoathly. It has developed rapidly over the last few months and continues to evolve. We love to hear from you, so please let us know what you think.

To access the current information, just click on any coloured circle (hot spot) to display an information panel, or click on a picture to visit another local website.

To stay informed you need to register with the Hub - we promise to take great care of your personal data. You will then be sent our weekly News Digest by email (unless you choose otherwise) and we will send an occasional email to let you know when urgent news has been added to the Hub (for example, unplanned road closures).

To be the first to know, you could also become a fan of
our Facebook page, subscribe to our RSS feed,
or follow us on Twitter!

Apologies if you are one of our subscribers who are missing page two this time. Some of the pages stuck together and went through as one so the one underneath didn't get printed. I didn't realise until the stapling had been done. The details are pretty much the same as last issue except to thank Monica Moore for our cover this time. Kathy

  • Top Road - Soft Landscaping Initiative for Traffic Calming

West Hoathly Parish Council has written to all households which adjoin Top Road to encourage ideas to change the "streetscene". As a result of suitable schemes it is hoped that driver behaviour can be changed and vehicle speeds will be reduced.
In the August-September 2014 Chronicle the parish council announced that a "Speak Out" topic would be available for other parish residents to also put forward suggestions including relevant examples they may have seen elsewhere in the UK or abroad.
